$5.50 flat rate ($1.00 per additional item)
We ship Monday through Saturday in the continental United States.
• Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from time of purchase Monday through Saturday.
• Your handmade jewelry comes securely packaged in a lovely Kraft recycled Rio Jewelry Studio gift box.
• Payment must be received at time of purchase.
• I will contact you via email once you have received your handcrafted jewelry to follow up and make sure you are pleased!

Rio Jewelry Studio has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com. Free shipping does not apply to International Orders.
What is the Delivery Time on International Orders
International orders are shipped using DHL, speed of deliveries are 3–5, 4–6, 5–8 days depending on your location.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Rio Jewelry Studio. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

• In the unlikely event that you find an issue with craftsmanship, please email me upon receiving your item, firstname.lastname@example.org and I will either fix it, or refund your money via PayPal.
• If the item was damaged in transit, please email me first at: email@example.com upon receiving the item and I will refund your total purchase cost and/or try my best to create another "one of a kind" similar to it. Please contact me for instructions on returning purchases damaged in transit.
If for some reason you find your jewelry was not what you expected, you may return it within 10 days from original date of purchase. Here is how to do it:
1. Please email me first at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item, stating the reason for return. Your jewelry must then be returned within 10 days after you receive the item. I will provide you an address by email for the return.
2. Items can be returned only if they are unused and in the same packaging as they were shipped. Also, you must include the original receipt with date of purchase. Once the product has been received, the total price minus shipping and insurance will be refunded. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same card on which it was purchased.
3. When returning your merchandise, please ship insured for the dollar amount of item and use a traceable carrier.

International Order Refunds

• Items can be returned only if they are unused and in the same packaging as they were shipped. We will refund the total price plus shipping and insurance.
Adjusting Bracelet Size: please email me: email@example.com for any costs that may be involved, including shipping and insurance:
(Be sure to add insurance and use a traceable carrier when sending back bracelet for resizing)
